In recent years I have occasionally made series about places that are important to me, or about subjects connected to these places. To date, existing and developing places include Maine, Cape Cod, and New York City. The subjects of these artworks have included topography, cartography, and occasionally information about people and culture, authors and stories, and an interest in abstractly capturing its Genius Loci or spirit of place.
