This series abstractly visualize the earth’s water surface. Each work begins with an underlying map that provides visual structure, and is followed by applications of fluid and puddling paint and other media that appear to melt on the top. Underwater contemplates the affects of climate change that increasingly flood the news, our psyche, and increasingly, the land.
