US FUTURE STATES ATLAS
Selected works on paper
Upon completion of the US Future States Atlas in 2007, I designed inkable rubber stamps of each “future state.” In addition to printing them on corresponding USE Embassy Documents, I incorporated them into mixed media works which became Future States Explorations. At one time there were over 200. Over time, I reduced them to the strongest, and the others became the foundation of Overpaintings. A selection of them are below.
